Battery Charger R & D
Page
Find out how years of battery charger R&D
have made this new technology
possible...
We do more than just sell battery
charger solutions, we are also involved in the research and
development of these solid state battery chargers and
motor/generators. This includes improving solar and wind
generation systems. Instead of conventional constant current or
constant voltage DC charging, batteries charged by electrical
pulses with specific shape, frequency, and magnitude trigger
improved electrochemical energy transfer in the battery.
Because of this,
the life of new batteries
can be dramatically extended, and the capacity of older
batteries, previously unable to be adequately charged, can be
increased.

EnergenxTM 12 Volt
Radiant Battery
Rejuvenator

Our new 12V Battery Rejuvenator now makes it
possible for you to charge and recover highly sulfated
batteries previously considered unchargeable.
The costs of
replacing these batteries is typically between $60.00 -
$300.00, but the Rejuvenator costs just pennies to
operate.
The fully-automatic,
microprocessor-controlled Rejuvenator can be used on
virtually any 12V battery on the market. Power
level is selectable appropriate to the size battery being
charged.

The load test
graph above represents a battery that was unchargeable by
conventional means. After just cycling the battery four times,
in the charger's "desulfate" mode,
the battery's capacity is now seven times greater and
will continue to increase after repeated cycles. Once the
battery reaches its optimal charge potential, it will
automatically stop the cycling process. In the same way we have
restored numerous batteries with this
system.

Solar Kick Radiant
Charger

Radiant technology
can now be used to effectively capture and use a larger
portion of the common "marginal" energy available to
current conventional solar and wind energy supply systems
while also providing a denser, longer lasting charge to
the storage batteries in these systems.
The Solar Kick
integrates both solar and wind power into dual battery
banks, which are also controlled by the Radiant charge
controller. This new innovation, seamlessly switches
between battery banks to provide uninterrupted
power.
This newly developed 12V or
24V charge-controller is fully automated and is designed to
function with a dual battery bank system. Subsequent in-house
testing has shown increase in the recovery of marginal energy
which can account for a 30% increase in battery power available
to these systems during periods of non-optimal solar/wind
conditions. For solar power systems, these marginal periods
would include times of indirect sun, rain and clouds, dust
storms and moon light.
RC, LLC in house
testing verified this incredible
marginal yet rejuvenative charging of
10 discarded 6V golf-cart Interstate batteries with
only a 45W solar
panel source
during several months of cloudy 2007
winter nights . These batteries then powered a 3KW load.
Most of the charging took place during seasonally shady
daylight hours. However, charging of this large bank of
batteries was observed when the panel was putting out only 0.4
volts at night with thick clouds in the
sky!

Motors and
Generators
In-house testing
has been conducted on many different models to determine
the optimal performance levels and power output, while
using significantly less input to generate the system's
output. Although, the motor/generators remain a continued
research and development project, we are confident that
one day these motors can be used in a wide variety of
energy conserving products that require far less energy
to operate.

Pictures shown are
small-scalereplications of
EnergenxTM
motor/generator
systems by RC LLC in-house since
2004.
A variety of motors and fans were entirely
constructed with the John
BediniTM
patented
process, while
other conventional fans' circuitry were replaced
with this superior circuitry to give much greater total
system efficiency.
Small scale
models have been built to prove the principles of
this technology. They can perform a variety of tasks,
such as, pumping water and running fans, while also
having the ability to tap off additional energy for
instant consumption or diverted to storage batteries
for later use.
We found that
these motor/generators produced less heat and were
able to charge both small and large banks of
batteries while powering a mechanical
load.
Our extensive
research with this technology shows us that it can be
adapted to improve the total efficiency of all
electrical applications.
